Our Policy
We don't give refunds if you change your mind but we promise to provide you with an exchange, credit note or voucher code (online purchases) valid for 6 months if you are unhappy with your purchase.  Please ensure the tags are attached and garment  is unworn.  You must do this within two weeks of purchase (3 weeks for international).

Can I return my purchase in-store?

If you live locally and change your mind on an item you purchased, you can return your purchase in-store within 3 days for an exchange or credit note valid 6 months.

What do I do if I need to return my purchase?

Contact us as soon as you receive your purchase via our 'contact' page, or via phone.

We will reply on or the following business day with further instructions.  Please don't send your item until you have heard back from us.

We try to understand why you are unhappy with your purchase so we can improve it in the future. Please let us know why and ensure your full contact details are supplied as follows:

Note: If you are returning your item in-store, you only need to bring your item in for exchange or credit.  We can grab your details when you get here.



Garment care for returns:

Please take care when packaging the item and ensure it is protected.

It is your responsibility to ensure your parcel gets to us, unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels.  Always use Australia Post Express satchels as you can track them.

What if my garment is faulty?

We can certainly refund any item that is deemed faulty.

If you believe you have purchased a faulty item, please proceed as a usual return and include a picture of the fault. We can proceed from there with the returns process.

For security reasons,we cannot use a different account to refund your money to you.  It has to be the account you made the original purchase from. You must allow up to two weeks (or longer in some cases) for the transaction to be refunded into your account.


We may choose to not accept a return which doesn't fall within our guidelines and will post the item back to you if this is the case.
If you ordered the wrong size on an item, due to our fast paced retail environment we may not be able to offer a size exchange, but if stock permits, you are welcome to place a new order with correct size once you have the credit note.
We cannot offer an exchange on accessories, shoes or sale items (example but not limited to: flash sales or storewide offers.)
Postage costs are your responsibility and unfortunately we cannot give them back to you in the form of a credit note or refund.
