How do I care for my garment?

Our suppliers can use delicate fabrics and occasionally beading when making each garment.  

It is of the utmost importance that you hand wash or dry clean all garments.  

NOTE: Gentle machine wash is not the same as hand wash and we strongly discourage it.

Care labels are attached to all garments and give you valuable help in making sure your garment remains in great condition for years of love and wear.

We cannot accept returns that have not been washed according to its care tag or our advice, or if the dry cleaner washes it incorrectly.

Do I have to set up an account with you to buy something?

We offer two ways of buying from us: as a guest, or as a registered user.  If you want to continue purchasing items from us, we advise setting up an account, as this will store all your postal details for future transactions.  By using our guest service, you can still make multiple purchases without setting up an account.

How long will it take for you to post my item?

During business hours, we will post yourl items out within 24h of receiving payment.  Outside business hours and on weekends, we do not process transactions until the following business day.

As certain times may be busier than others, we cannot guarantee next day delivery, but do our best to get your paid items to you as soon as possible and without delay.

How do I know you have posted my item?

You will receive a confirmation email once we have posted the item.  You will also receive a tracking number in case your item goes missing in transit.  Vashti Boutique takes no responsibility for lost items and keeps proof of all postage details, but will do our best to locate them for you in the event that they go missing.

Can I change my order?

Whilst you are still in the shopping cart function, you can add and delete items.  Once you have proceeded through checkout and have confirmed your order, all sales are final and unable to be changed.  Our returns policy applies to all online orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

What is your retail store’s returns policy?

Our in-store policy is different to our online policy. You can view our retail store’s returns policy any time in-store.
